• All samples are charged to your account until returned in proper resaleable condition.

• All prices shown are Suggested List Prices and subject to change without notice.
• A service fee of $15.00 shall be charged on orders of less than $200.00 net.
• Items ordered in less than full case quantity shall be charged a 15% handling fee.
• Goods and Services Tax is extra.
• First time orders are C.O.D. and must be a stocking order of minimum $700.00.
• Customer agrees to pay as per invoice unless Marino Manufuacturing is notified of any price discreptencies.

• Standard Payment Terms shall be 1% 10 days / NET 30 DAYS.
• Shipments may be suspended for accounts in default of credit terms.
• $10.00 charge for NSF cheques.
• Any outstanding invoices over 60 days will cause account to be on "Hold" automatically.

• Orders will only be accepted subject to satisfactory credit approval. (Allow 2 weeks for approval.)
• Possession of a Catalogue or Price List does not constitute a commitment by S. Marino Manufacturing Ltd. to establish an account or extend credit to any person or company.

• All orders are F.O.B. our warehouse.
• Claims for damage must be reported to carrier within 2 days. Shortages must be noted on any bill of lading and should be reported to Marino Manufacturing within 24 hours of receiving shipment.
• All risk of loss shall pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

• No goods may be returned without authorization from S. Marino Manufacturing Ltd.
• A restocking charge of 15% plus costs of refurbishing shall be deducted from and credit issued.
• Only resaleable goods shall be accepted or returned for credit.
• Special orders for products not normally stocked or manufactured may not be cancelled or returned.
• All products claimed as defective shall be inspected prior to acceptance of claim.

• All products are warranted as suitable for the service intended.
• No responsibility is accepted for damage resulting from misuse of any items.
• Items found defective in material or workmanship shall be replaced/ repaired at the option of S. Marino Manufacturing Ltd.
• No warranty or guarantee is made of any product other than is shown in the current Catalogues, Literature & Price List of S. Marino Manufacturing Ltd.

• All tenders must be faxed or sent to Marino in order to guarantee pricing.
• Upon receipt, Marino will prepare and issue a quotation number.
• Quotation numbers must appear on purchase orders to guarantee special pricing. If quotations are not specified on purchase orders, pricing will not be valid.

• All artwork, product codes, product names contained in this brochure is the property of Marino Manufacturing Ltd.
• Written authorization is required to replicate in whole or in part any or all elements contained in this brochure
